Utility Steward

Job Description: Responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of china, glassware, flatware, silver, pots, pans, and utensils. Responsible for the proper storage and segregation of all ware washing equipment, and removing trash from all kitchen areas. Must perform any other duties within the same scope of stewarding responsibilities. Must be able to operate industrial automatic dishwashing machine and recognize the proper chemicals and learn to use them correctly. Full-time. Days and hours will vary. Weekend and holiday work is required. $8.00 per hour.
